Our recruiters have anywhere from 5 to 30+ years of recruiting experience and we try our best to work quickly and at the same time provide the highest quality recruiting service possible!

How much does your recruiting services cost?

It varies from market to market and also depends on the specific role(s) you are hiring for. A contract agreement will be sent out outlining the scope of our services and fees. Upon hiring the candidate Rodgers Staffing Solutions will bill a percentage of first year’s salary. The percentage fee can vary but is typically within the 20% to 30% range**. An upfront deposit is required to begin the search and this deposit will guarantee that you get qualified candidates from us. RSS leverages a partial-retained search model, because of its promise on providing the highest quality service and we like to work with committed clients who understand the value of hiring the right people. Our firm deploys significant upfront costs and work each and every search assignment customized to our clients needs.
